Roll the ball… bounce the ball… see the ball… does it not hold your attention… keeping you focused on the ball… you are connected to bouncing the ball… can you watch it touching your hand… can you watch it moving downward… listening to the sound it makes when it touches ground and watching it come back up to you… only to start over again… and again… and again… it is a practice of sorts… to demonstrate in the simplest of terms… how you can concentrate on what you do… focusing on something… watching yourself making something move… and sharing in that movement with you hand and the ground something is bouncing on…
a simple test helping you to understand how necessary it is to focus on most everything you do in life… can you feel your mind pushing any other thoughts that want to come in while you are watching the ball… and sometimes find it a struggle to stay on course... can you feel yourself finding it easier after bouncing it several times to stay the course… and steady yourself… comfortably keeping other thoughts from coming in that would distract you… again… we say… it is a simple process of teaching your mind to be in a pause mode… allowing another part of your brain to work diligently without interruption of thought taking you way from your ability to focus … is it not fascinating to think that bouncing a ball can help you to develop the technique of staying focused on what you are doing at any given time… so that you may find the enrichment of being in your place of thought 100%... completely and uninterrupted… and able to perform excellently… it is a gift of sorts… for your thoughts are ever ready to pop in and out … sometimes without purpose… just because they want to… and as a result distracts you to the point that you may even forget what you were saying or what you were doing or lose interest… how many times have you begun a sentence only to find that your thoughts interrupted you and you could no longer remember where you were in your sentence or why you even brought the subject matter up… sometimes it may feel like a trick just to stay focused… it does take practice for you to be aware of what you are saying when you do say something… and stay focused with the thought connected to what you are saying and nothing will interrupt you or create a challenge for you to complete your thought… we use the bouncing ball as an example of how to practice to stay focused… and hope this practice or any other way you may want to use to promote yourself from being the victim of your unleashed thoughts as you begin to learn how to keep them at bay when they try to initiate a distraction while you are in a conversation or working on a project or anything else where you may need to train yourself to be self-directed in staying the course… for once you begin to stay to your boundaries of keeping unleashed thoughts away… you will begin to feel that you are able to pay attention to you… another or anything you are doing with dedication and greater interest than ever before… we wish you all a beautiful day filled with intentional vibes to help you to pay closer attention to the many things around you… you may want to start by looking out your window for a few seconds and turn away… sharing what you saw with another and see how many things you could remember… for the lesson we are working with you on today will also help you to remember more accurately… we only bring this up as we understand as you live in the material world… you bring up numbers of multi-faceted thoughts consistently… even if you don’t notice you are doing so… and so you begin to build a collection of many things embedded in your mind with nothing to do… and so they seem to appear at odd times and in doing so distract you over and over again… we are saying you can gain the ability to keep your thoughts at bay each and every day… bringing them up only when you ask for them… and we are with you to help you do so… again… enjoy your day filled with much beauty… internally and externally… and try to stay focused as best you can… we’ll be listening…
