Losing your balance in the world today is not really difficult… for there are so many distractions… no matter how hard you try to focus on even a few points of interest in your day… it may sometimes feel like it is an impossibility... for the forces of the natural elements of life… which are filled with multiple varieties of chaos are with you each and every day… it is your responsibility to yourself not to feed off of that energy… and allow yourself to go within even if it is just a moment or moments in your day… to find that place of solitude… allowing that solitude to draw you in and keep you there for your own protection… for just a moment or two or as long as you are comfortable in that space…
the chaos that surrounds you is always going to be there… as your general way of processing feeds it… and yet when you go into your space of solitude… you can address it and feel it and send it away… back to where it came from… to a certain degree… chaos can be your best friend… your director if you will to bring you to a point of awareness that you may have been ignoring for some time… and because it has been ignored has reared up to let you know it is still there and you need to let it go… yet it is not just thinking about it that will let it go… you have to feel it first… feel what it is doing to your mind and body… see how it takes time in your day away from other more productive things you may want to be involved in… and know that much of your chaos is not truly real enough to change your life in any way… it is more your mind playing the game of who is able to take control… you or you… and so we will say as it is not being truly important… it is more your customary way of processing things… which all boils down to worrying and stressing over much to do about nothing… it is just a habit… one that is irrational and yet wants you to think it is important… it may have been your way of coping for a very long time… yet we are saying that you can make change… a change that will benefit your mind and body… beginning with how you feel when that chaotic way of processing begins… and know that you are living with that uncomfortability even though you don’t want to do so… for you no longer need to think in the old ways… once you begin to explore how aware you can be when you need to… you will begin to feel … yes feel what you no longer care to live with and move past it… that is the first step… once you have begun to move forward on your newest journey… you will begin to understand how “feeling” the energy of your chaos will make chaos no longer a part of you and freedom begins to step in instead… freedom from the vices of past history labeled bad habits… we offer this to you today since we are watching and listening to the peoples of the world and the chaos that surrounds you all… and are here to help you to be more productive in living in the material world… without constantly assaulting yourselves with what is always around you… you cannot make things stop that are in motion… yet you can choose not to allow that energy to pervade your environment… focusing on staying on your particular path of destiny… and changing the tide so to speak as one step forward will create an emotional ripple effect that will change your life forever… move on down that lane of your destiny and eventually you will see your rainbow…
